Termly fees, published in full. Nothing is added for food, nappies, garden sessions or the daily photo report.
Two weeks, free of charge, before your paid booking starts. Day one is an hour with you in the room; by the end of the fortnight most children are doing a full session. If your child needs three weeks, they get three weeks.
We ask for 24 hours clear of a temperature before returning. Fees are not refunded for illness — but we do not charge for the days we are closed, and we run a free catch-up day each term for anyone who missed a lot.
Our own cook, on site, five days a week. Menus go out every Sunday for the week ahead, and allergies are handled by cooking a genuine alternative rather than removing an ingredient.
Every day, to a private album only you can see. Nappies, meals and sleeps are logged as they happen. We do not post children on social media, ever.
When they are ready — usually within a month either side of the age band, and always after a fortnight of visits to the new room with their current key person.
